Quarter Horses For Sale - Production Sale - Terms & Conditions of Sale

Terms of the production sale are cash, (American Dollars), payable immediately after the sale. Checks will be considered cash. If you are unable to attend the production sale you may mail your bid. The transfer fees are to be paid by the new owner. All necessary papers will be mailed to the buyer as soon as the checks clear. All known defects will be called when the horse enters the ring before it sells. The horse becomes the responsibility of the new owner upon being sold. Any colt left at the ranch after the sale will be at the owner's risk. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. We assume no responsibility or liability, legal or otherwise for any accident or damage which may occur before, during or after the sale on sale property. Any announcements made sale day take precedence over printed matter.
